2. Booking and Appointments

All services must be booked in advance either online, by phone, or in person.
A minimum 30-minute notice is required for same-day bookings.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings based on availability or misconduct.

3. Payments

Payments for services are accepted via cash, mobile money, or card at our location.
Optional add-ons (+$40 each) must be paid prior to the session.
Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your session unless otherwise agreed.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel or reschedule your session up to 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior may not be eligible for a refund.

5. Health and Safety

Please inform our practitioners of any medical conditions or concerns prior to your session.
Our services are not a substitute for professional medical care and are offered for relaxation and wellness support.
We reserve the right to refuse service if a condition poses a health risk to staff or guests.
